I guess we all pay some sort of ‘tax’ to keep riding. Here, it cost me over $200 to renew the license tag on my ‘18. It’s still that much to renew the tag on my 15 year old Hayabusa! Happily though, no inspection requirements.

Same on the 19 models & I imagine all others...

Not all others. My ‘18 shifts perfectly up and down.

Mine changes gear smoothly & without any issues but just clunks between 5th & 6th.....Strange how two bikes can be different...

My 2019 bike has no problems, but the shift from 5th to 6th isn't as smooth as the rest.
I guess that maybe I got a bike where the tolerances in manufacturing were on the good side, others are less lucky.

You would think in these day of computer technology & precise machining every RS would be identical....It doesn't make sense to me....

Other than the possibility of having some issues with shifting from 5th to 6th are there any other known problems with this latest models? One of the main reason why I want to buy this motorcycle is reliability because I am tired of Ducati or Bmw the motorcycles that I have ridden so far. Their reliability is total crap especially Ducati - don 't get me wrong , they make beautiful machines, it's a pleasure to ride them (when they work), but they have to many problems.
