The attachment for lifting the front wheel, on my CBR1000RR.  You can have it midway for both wheels off the ground, and also use the peg attachment for a complete disassembly of the bike / swingarm removal.

Used the ABBA stand to swap out my stock front tire (10.000 miles) for an Angel GT.

Pretty easy. Just got the wife to tighten up the strap while I easily lifted the front end
and I'm an old fart.

Took me a while to remember how to assemble the ABBA. Only tried it out when I 1st got it.
