Purely comparing off the shelf ECU flashes can be tricky as none of them are adjusted to the test bike's particular bits and pieces (there's always some variance that exists between bikes).
Also, a handful of hp won't make a huge difference either. 5hp is big on a 35hp bike. It's almost indistinguishable on a 100+ hp bike. A bigger difference is the "feel", how smooth is it, throttle response, all that stuff, to me, makes a bigger difference than a few hp at the top end.
That said, it would definitely be interesting to see!
