Hello all, anyone has tried this Tail Tidy + rear mudguard combo from french manufacturer Top-Block? it looks really nice and doesn't seem to cost much.  http://top-block.com/index.php?pn=popup_produit&l=en&aid=8012&

At that point why not just stick with the OEM stuff...?

I agree. The OEM is actually fairly unobtrusive.

Agreed. Maybe it blocks the spray up a little better from a wet road? That's kind of annoying. I installed the Pyramid Plastics hugger extension, but it's still a tad short.

Well, I don't know you, but I do see quite a lot of difference from one to the other, that beak on the OEM is not very attractive and there is a lot of plastic and also the number plate gets to far away, anyhow, not everybody likes the same, cheers

I like the look of the Top-Block unit.  I'm not a fan of what passes for a rear fender these days and I would rather not ride without one.  This the rear fender that our bikes should have come with.  Too bad it doesn't seem to be available here in the states.

You're right, they do ship here.  I was looking for a US distributor and the only one (Murph's Kits) I found wouldn't bring any in unless there was a bulk order.
Thanks for the info.

One of the few bikes ( IMHO ) that looks better with a tail tidy.  Left my Z1000SX as that looks superb as it is.
