2334.  And I actually took time today to practice low speed handling in a parking lot, something I've been saying I was going to do and never doing it :002:

So I did this today... Corbin Gunslinger solo in Brown leather w/ orange stitching/accent.
The brown turned out to be much lighter in person than on the website, but I still like it.
Super comfortable.

How's the seat height compared to stock?

About 1/2" lower, but also a bit further back creating a slightly longer reach to the bars. It's like sitting in a bucket seat. Kinda changed the handling characteristics of the bike. Not in a bad way, just different to what I was used to for the last 5000 miles.

I assume Corbin used their own seat pan.  If so how did they incorporate the seat lock?

The front "tongue" is bent heavy gauge metal covered with a leather strip, they have all of the frame bumpers in the right spots, and what may be a Kawasaki lock loop is bolted to the rear in the right place. The center metal hooks that grab the center frame loops aren't needed.

Again, seat lock?  How does it stay put and what do you do to lift it off?

The Corbin has a Kawasaki factory lock loop bolted exactly where the stock seat does. So it works with the key just like the factory seat. Nothing different.
