I bought this a couple weeks ago. Iíll post a review soon.

Update on this?  The fiance really wants a backrest and this seems like a fair priced option that I can just toss on it before weekend rides with her.

Has anyone answered this question please? Keen for a backrest solution that's quick and easy to remove.
Thanks

I bought the the SW-Motech street rack from Twisted Throttle.   It installs easily and works fine.  If you want to fit a top case, be wary.  All the adapter plates for mounting hard top cases are on long back order.  So you end up with a rack and top case but no adapter to attach the case for months.  It is also difficult to get a possible delivery date for the adapters.

I too am interested in the SW rack as it looks a little more low profile than the GIVI.  Do you mind posting a picture of your setup?  Also, are the plates still on backorder?  Thanks.....

I have the SW Motech Street Rack on my Triumphs. If I was to do it on the Z900, I'd do the same. On the Triumph it's four bolts and the thing comes off. Very unobtrusive when the top carrier is not in use too.

Hi. Is this the Givi rack in the pictures? I thought that the side reflectors had to be relocated to the bottom of the number plate with a supplied bracket? (which I hate!!)

Hi. Thanks for the info. Givi's own 'library' picture and info. show a supplied bracket that fits at the base of the number plate. See pic. from link. Glad to hear that they will fit near where they are as standard.

I have the Hepco & Becker steel rack.  Looks similar to the Givi but doesn't neck down in the rear.  The rack looks like it came straight out of the 70's/80's and fits the lines of the bike well.
